The temple displays a mummified monk, Pordaeng in a glass case who died in 1973 in a seated meditative position. Over the years, the monk's body did not show any signs of decay and remains as it is. The Wat Kunaram is typically a Buddhist temple where local people come every day for the payer and perform daily rituals.
